چکیده
ABSTRACT Introduction: Joint flexibility and muscle strength play a vital role in the training process of martial arts athletes. The proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) technique encourages neural receptors, through application manual resistances, gain functional range motion stability to its patients. It is believed that this can be adapted sports environment. Objective: Evaluate impact stretching using PNF on athletes’ strength. Methods: Through controlled experiment, 100 athletes, without significant differences, were selected as experimental subjects, randomly divided into two groups for 4-week experiment. group added protocol with exercises training, while control performed usual interventions. Indicators flexibility, activities, measured before after intervention, compared, statistically analyzed. Results: shoulder rotation test evolved from 21.88±5.71 19.22±5.94, left right division was 16.90±5.36 10.57±3.75; strength, flexor peak moment elevated 210.36±51.18 251.37± 45.72, power had 111.76±30.63 135.20±2,.42. extensor also showed expressive evolutions 179.47±43.96 221.52±33.60. Conclusion: exercise effectively optimizes joint Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
